We accept returns on all items except custom/ personalized items and Jewelry. 

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days. 

* Unless return reason is due to item being broken, Items received broken will not be refunded please make sure to include all packaging contents received.

Please check product description for processing days as each order varies. If there is nothing listed, orders will ship in 3-7 business days. 

Orders under 2lbs are shipped Via USPS and orders above 2lbs are shipped via the best option available. 

Currently we only ship to United States territories.
